The lockers are good, sturdy, modern, and very easy to assemble. One person assembly is possible. The customer service is stellar. I made silly mistakes with my order but they were rectified at speed and with professionalism.

Struck by how well made they are, eg. All the screw holes line up and everything fits together neatly. Instructions are all pictures with no words and fairly easy to follow. Impressed that they come with an internal bolt and a lock & keys. Overall, impressive given the quality and reasonable price.

We recently decided to update our two bedrooms and came across Urban Lockers whilst looking for new furniture. We absolutely loved the design and colour range on offer and decided to go for it and purchased 8 pieces for the two rooms. We could not be more pleased with our decision! Website is easy to navigate. Furniture arrives within the stated delivery window and updates are given throughout. Customer service was fantastic - we had forgotten some relevant information at checkout and it was sorted quickly and politely! The pieces are lightweight compared to our old furniture which is a real selling point for us, easy to put together and easy to keep clean. The finish is lovely and they look beautiful on our rooms. The drawer space is ample and the drawers and doors and easy to fix with are able to be adjusted to they line up perfectly. We are already planning our next purchase a sideboard! What we are most pleased about is that when we move house the year after next we will easily be able to pick the furniture up and shift it about - the icing on the cake! Really pleased we found this company… plus we know have 8 spare screwdrivers! 🙂💪

The cupboards(harrow and kensington) came very well packeged, the trip from the UK to NL did not harm them one bit! Installation went smooth, a few moments where a second pair of hands came in handy. But most of it you can do alone. Now that they are installed....I love the smooth close of the drawers, the eye for detail in the design and the overall look of them.
